Meet Erica

Erica is the Founder and Clinical Director of AmWell Group PLLC, where she leads an inclusive, trauma‑informed practice dedicated to supporting individuals and families.

She provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with specialized expertise in developmental needs, trauma, sexual assault, and domestic violence. Erica’s approach centers on safety, collaboration, and honoring each client’s lived experience.

Erica believes that the therapeutic relationship should be grounded in authenticity and mutual respect—one that empowers, supports, and adapts to each client’s individual needs. She views clients as the experts in their own lives and tailors her therapeutic approach to promote self-determination and healing.

In addition to her clinical work, Erica is trained in forensic mental health and offers court‑involved services with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and clear coordination with legal professionals.

She also oversees AmWell Group’s internship training program, mentoring and supervising forensic clinical interns and fostering a supportive, growth‑oriented learning environment.
